Investors in People

Investors in People is the national Standard which sets out a level of good practice for training and development of personnel to achieve business goals.

dsi was awarded the Standard in 2002, having successfully completed an integrated programme of planning, communication, evaluation and training across our workforce of over 400.

dsi is fully committed to the IIP Standard and confident of retaining our accreditation after the 2005 IIP UK review.
